    Almost a year to the day after an off-road motorcyclist found the remains of a California family that had vanished from their home in 2010, officials today announced the arrest of Charles 'Chase' Merritt, the sole suspect in the murder of the family.... The McStay family disappeared from their home in Fallbrook, California, home on February 4, 2010 initiating a nationwide search and worldwide interest as to whatever became of father Joseph, 40, his wife, Summer, 43, and their two young sons , Gianni, 4, and Joseph, 3. On Nov. 11, 2013, the remains of all four of the McStays were found buried in two shallow graves in the desert near Victorville, California, approximately 100 miles from their home. Their deaths were ruled as homicides.
