    A Vernon man who shed tears during his hearing and apologized to one of his victims after pleading guilty to numerous counts of burglary and theft in connection to a recent string of burglaries, has accepted a drug court plea deal. Gregory Lamantia, 27, who was present in Superior Court Wednesday with his attorney, public defender David Nufrio, pleaded guilty to six counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree theft, downgraded charges from the initial 14 counts of burglary, 16 counts of theft and one count of possession of burglary tools.
