    The Van Wert County Probate Court confirmed Valerie Jones and Jessica Jones were at the office as soon as it opened at 8:30 a.m. making them the first same-sex couple to receive their marriage license since Friday's U.S. Supreme Court ruling to allow same-sex marriages. A second same-sex couple was also issued a marriage license around 9:15 a.m. "We had been talking about it since the decision came down," Valerie said.
