    Joseph Mohr Jr., 40, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to attempted felonious assault, a felony 3 ; and possession of drugs, a felony 5. Additional charges of assault, felony 4 ; possession of heroin, felony 3; and possession of cocaine, felony 4, were dismissed for his plea. He was immediately sentenced by Judge Martin Burchfield to 36 months on attempted felonious assault and 12 months on possession of drugs, consecutive to each other, with credit for 282 days already served.

A 12-month prison term on each count, concurrent, was deferred.
