    A woman was killed in Vallejo on Wednesday when she fell off the back of the motorcycle she was riding on and was run over by a car driven by a Novato woman, the California Highway Patrol said. The crash happened shortly before 10 p.m. on westbound Highway 37 west of Wilson Avenue, CHP Officer Chris Parker said.
