Just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, Solano County Deputy Sheriff Coy Caulfield stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Rollingwood Drive and Lockwood Drive in Vallejo, according to Deputy Sheriff Daryl Snedeker.

Tina Odom, 22, was found guilty in 2013 by a six-man, six-woman jury following a three-week trial on allegations that she was responsible for the torture and murder of 29-year-old Keith Erick Osby Jr. Odom is one of seven defendants in the case.
