    A 6 1/2-month investigation into a shooting at 77 Fremont St. led to the arrest of the alleged shooter and revealed members of the New York City Gates Avenue Mafia street gang were transporting crack cocaine from New York City to Gloversville, city police said. Rasheen Behlin, 29, of Gloversville, a member of the gang, and two other men broke into the Fremont Street apartment on April 29, beating two victims with a hammer and a handgun before firing a shot at one victim, grazing his face, police said.
