Scozzafava, manager of Sackets Harbor Brewing Co., suffered serious injuries July 24 when a tractor-trailer he was operating overturned on the state Thruway between Albany and Utica. State police said Mr. Scozzafava, 48, was transporting beer on Interstate 90 between the Fultonville and Canajahorie exits when the truck either struck debris on the highway or swerved to avoid debris, causing the vehicle to roll onto its side, spilling the beer onto the road into the road's median.
