    The joint fireworks display between Upper St. Clair and Bethel Park at South Hills Village will go off one last time July 4. The fireworks shows will go on at the usual places July 4 in Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair and July 3 in South Fayette, but next year there will be venue changes for all three municipalities. Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair have partnered to put on their holiday show for nearly two decades at the South Hills Village parking garage.

Both were released at the scene and will be charged via summons, police said.
