    A tipster reported a suspicious vehicle in Rancho Cucamonga that may be associated with mail theft and responding San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies found stolen mail, drug paraphernalia and tools to enter locked mail boxes on Tuesday, Nov. 28, according to a sheriff's news release. The tip came in at 12:55 a.m. from the area near Redbud Place and Firethorn Street and deputies made contact with Lisa Haring, 26, of Corona, and John Morgan, 56, of Upland, the news release stated.
