Shawn J. Geer, 38, was sentenced in Erie County Court to serve one year, three months to five years in state prison on charges he drove a car into the path of an Erie police cruiser while intoxicated, narrowly missing a collision April 23, 2014, in the 1500 block of West 26th Street.
