    A man accused of punching a man and causing his death outside a Laytonville bar was arraigned Thursday in Mendocino County Superior Court in Ukiah on charges of felony assault and a “special allegation” of inflicting great bodily injury. Charles Wallace Reynolds, 32, faces a maximum sentence of seven years in state prison.
