    Mendocino County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a Ukiah woman Saturday afternoon on suspicion of driving a stolen car after she was stopped for speeding in Covelo, the MCSO reported. After a deputy stopped 25-year-old Mindy Pratt for speeding in the 76000 block of Highway 162 at about 3:38 p.m. Saturday, the Sheriff's Office dispatch advised the law enforcement agent the car had been reported stolen by Ukiah California Highway Patrol.
