According to the Texas Department of Public Safety sex offender website, Paul was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14. If you know Paul's whereabouts you are asked to contact the U.S. Marshal's Office at 903-590-1370 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
