    The Two Harbors 3-year-old who fell into a septic tank is listed in critical condition at Essentia St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says the child, identified as Mick Johnston, fell in the tank off Homestead Drive in Duluth Township Sunday.

    Starting at 3:00 on Friday afternoon, Harbor Drive will be closed behind the DECC, with traffic being diverted off portions of Railroad street at 5:30 for the beginning of the William A. Irvin 5K. Delays will last for about an hour since parts of Railroad Street will be closed from Harbor Drive west to Pier B. Southbound traffic on 5th Avenue West will be allowed down to Railroad Street to access the DECC parking lot.
