    A Twinsburg man serving a life sentence for killing his toddler daughter in 2007 has a right to see copies of the child's autopsy photographs and other records that are not considered public records, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled Thursday. In a divided 4-3 opinion, the court ordered the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office to hand over copies of the records, which include autopsy photos, a doctor's written evaluations and x-rays, to Michael Clay because he asked for them as the child's next-of-kin.
