    An investigation by state police revealed that Antoine St. Pierre, 82, of Tupper Lake, who was driving a 2015 Honda Fit, attempted to pass an uninvolved vehicle on the left stopped in traffic, waiting to make a left turn onto County Route 14. His vehicle was then struck head-on by Michael Linderman, 60, of Ogdensburg, who was traveling East in his 2011 Honda Fit.
