Tulia police said Lydia Delacerda, of Lubbock, was arrested Friday after police were called to Swisher Memorial Hospital in response to reports of a patient suffering from a bullet wound.

Two area school districts - Clarendon and Tulia - dropped out of the pilot program with concerns that the training didn't begin early enough to prepare their staff, while TEA maintains this pilot is much longer than the one run before adopting the current evaluation system, known as PDAS.
