    At least one large grass fire was still burning Tuesday evening as fire departments across the Texas Panhandle scrambled to douse flames, including air drops of fire retardants, while two wildfires caused homes to be evacuated. A fire in Swisher County destroyed four houses and caused the evacuation of Tulia's Mackenzie Hills neighborhood as of press time, according to Texas A&M Forest Service Public Information Officer Phillip Truitt.
