    Bridgeport police have yet to make an arrest in last year's fatal shooting of Chaz Rogers but police said Hassan "Boobie" Rogers has his own idea who killed his younger brother and has attempted to administer a little street justice. Hassan Rogers, 48, and a friend, 29-year-old Stephen Taylor were recently charged with attempted murder after police said they shot up the car of a man they believe was involved in Chaz Rogers' death on Old Town Road here last September.
