    CLIFTON PARK State Police arrested a man and woman early Friday who they say were smoking crack cocaine in a moving car with a 15-year-old inside. Patricia Patrick of Troy and Deshawn Russell of Hudson Falls were stopped about 1:55 a.m. Police said the couple bought crack out of the area in the presence of the teenager -- and were driving through Clifton Park smoking the cocaine.
