    WEST ORANGE, NJ West Orange Public Schools has announced that three middle school students: seventh grader Michael Charles and eighth graders Brian DiPalma and Colin Morgan, each took first place honors at the February 22 Suburban Wrestling League Essex County Championships for Eighth grade and below at West Essex Regional High School. On March 14, the three students competed in the New Jersey State School Boy Championships at Sun Center in Trenton, along with eighth grader Edgar Morena DiPalma, Morgan, and Morena finished in the top 12 in the state for their weight categories - all four ending their seasons on a high note as the Junior Mountaineers head to West Orange High School in the fall.

    TRENTON, NJ Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman announced that a former top official of the East Orange Water Commission was sentenced to prison today for conspiring to manipulate testing of the agency's water supply to falsify results and report lower levels of a regulated contaminant in the drinking water supplied to customers. William Mowell, 52, of Wyckoff, the former assistant executive director and engineer for the EOWC, was sentenced to three years in state prison by Superior Court Judge Carolyn Wright in Essex County.

Fishman announced. Dornick, 53, pleaded guilty, prior to the selection of a jury, to Count One of an indictment charging her with three counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
