    A man and woman accused of stealing a vehicle left running Tuesday in Decatur before being apprehended during an Interstate 65 traffic stop were released on bail from Morgan County Jail only days earlier on vehicle theft charges. Crystal Kindley, 31, whose address wasn't available, and Anthony Lyons, 31, of 1440 Railroad St., Town Creek, were each charged in the Tuesday incident with first-degree theft involving a motor vehicle.
