    Two men pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter Tuesday in a street-racing crash last year in Torrance that left an innocent driver dead, officials said. Luis Samaniego Barajas and Zachary Frank Leets, both 20, are expected to be sentenced to four years in state prison for the June 2017 crash on Pacific Coast Highway that killed 20-year-old Maximillian Alexis Rojas as he headed home from his new job as a restaurant cook, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
