    When Topeka murder defendant Kelsey Lee Fairchild said he intended to commit a robbery, a friend from high school who was giving Fairchild a ride around Topeka immediately asked him where he wanted to be dropped off because the motorist didn't want to be involved in a holdup, the motorist testified Friday in Shawnee County District Court. The testimony occurred during the preliminary hearing of Fairchild, 21, who is charged with premeditated first-degree murder in the shooting death of Topekan Colton Christenson, 18, or, in the alternative, felony first-degree murder.
