    A 20-year-old man was fatally shot in the back of the head during a fight at gas station. The U.S. Marshal's Service identified him as Marlon Powell, 22. He was wanted in Toledo after being indicted in March for involuntary manslaughter, aggravated riot, participating in a criminal gang, and bribery stemming from the April 19 death of La'Quan Dunbar, 20, who was shot in the back of the head during a fight at the Gas & Express Mart, 2315 N. Detroit Ave. Early Thursday, the Indianapolis Division of the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the fugitive in Indianapolis.

Gregory Stone of Sylvania and Stewart Swanson of Springfield Township were granted a divorce last month in Lucas County Common Pleas Court's domestic relations division, the most recent of several same-sex couples to be divorced locally in the last couple of years.
