Burgin, the owner of a heating and cooling business whose dedication to his trade inspired loyalty in his customers, died Nov. 26 in Lakes of Monclova health facility in Monclova Township, where he lived the past three years. He was 86. Mr. Burgin, formerly of the Reynolds Corners area of South Toledo, had heart problems and recently developed pneumonia, his daughter Kelly said.
