A sophomore from Toledo, Iowa, Kalinay won the 110 hurdles in an IIAC-leading 14.95 seconds, currently the 14th-best time in Division III.

He is accused of three counts of 2nd degree theft and one count of 3rd degree burglary to which he entered written not guilty pleas on March 24. In charges filed by Tama County Sheriff's Detective Bruce Rhoads, Dunek is accused of 2nd degree theft involving a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup truck, 2000 Ford pickup truck and a 1999 Ford pickup truck.
