    A Coolbaugh Township man on parole is facing new charges after being found with 298 bags of heroin and $796 in U.S. currency, said Pocono Mountain Regional Police. Michael Frederick Baker, 21, was arraigned on charges Friday, ordered placed in Monroe County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail and will appear in district court at a future date.

Judith Marc, 56, had been caring for William Collins, 92, in their home in December when he was found dead in a wheelchair in a bedroom where Marc's grandchildren were playing video games at the time.

Pre-mortem injuries were found on the body, but it's unclear how those injuries were inflicted and by whom.
