    According to Pennsylvania State Police, the vehicle was southbound on Route 666 in Sheffield Township at about 8:15 a.m. when it crossed the northbound lane on the bridge at Henrys Mill Road, struck the guide rail, overturned, went over the guide rail, and fell from the bridge to the bank of Tionesta Creek. The 66-year-old driver from Plymouth, Minn., was pronounced dead at the scene by Warren County Coroner Jerry Borden.
