    Authorities have identified a 29-year-old Tioga man who died in a single-vehicle crash in northwestern North Dakota. The Highway Patrol says Draik Jessen was in a pickup truck that was driving recklessly in a field when it overturned on Nov. 29. He died at the scene a mile southeast of Tioga.
