    The UCLA Board of Regents has paid more than $10 million to buy a medical office building from TR Funding, LLC, of Westlake Village that houses UCLA Health Services at 100 Moody Court in Thousand Oaks. The 23,614-square-foot building has been home to a UCLA Health medical clinic since 2013, offering primary and specialty care including allergy/immunology, cardiology, dermatology, digestive diseases, endocrinology, neurology, otolaryngology/head and neck, pain management, pulmonary medicine and rheumatology.

Gelson's and Smart & Final got the first pick of 125-plus shuttering Haggen stores. The high-end Encino-based grocer Gelson's signed an asset purchase agreement for eight stores in California.
