    A Lewistown man died and another was injured in a one-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on U.S. 22/322 in Juniata County. Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown said 47-year-old Ronald Hoffman was not wearing his seat belt when the vehicle in which he was riding, driven by 43-year-old Shawn Dippery, slid off the westbound lanes due to icy conditions, struck an embankment and rolled over.

The crash occurred as a GMC Sahara truck driven by Andrew Zimmerman, 37, of Mifflin, was traveling east, and a Pontiac Grand Prix sedan driven by Seth Andrew Whitesel, 22, of Thompsontown, was traveling west.
