    Seventeen cartons of cigarettes and 45 packages of cigars valued at more than $1,100 were taken from the BP Station, 11155 N. Wauwatosa Road, about 1 a.m. April 11. Police responded to an alarm and found a door pried open and the station ransacked. Two Milwaukee men, 21 and 22, were cited for theft/party to the crime and the 21-year-old also for driving with a suspended license and suspended registration after taking 14 scratch-off lottery tickets valued at $280 at North Shore BP, 11147 N. Port Washington Road, about 3:30 p.m. April 12. That theft was discovered about 9:20 p.m. when an employee realized the tickets were missing and video was viewed revealing the suspects.

    A 53-year-old West Bend man and a 43-year-old Greendale woman were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft and the man, the driver, also for OWI-drugs, with three prior convictions, and driving with a revoked license in the 11500 block of North Port Washington Road at 7:11 p.m. April 9. The car was stopped after the man cut across two lanes of traffic and then made a U-turn. A drug recognition expert was at the scene and the man, who had a BAC of 0.00 and admitted he knew he was revoked, was taken for a blood sample.

    A 40-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, driving with a suspended license and, along with her passenger a 29-year-old Milwaukee woman, for a warrant in the 6300 block of West Executive Drive at 6:39 a.m. March 25. Two iPhones valued at $1,300 were taken from Verizon Wireless, 11061 N. Port Washington Road, at 9:41 a.m. March 24 and reported March 28. The theft was discovered during an inventory and surveillance video revealed a man entering the store saying he wanted to change plans and when the employee stepped away for just seconds, he grabbed the phones and fled.
