    Plaquemines Parish Sherrif's Office arrested a convicted sex offender after deputies discovered the man was living next door to a Belle Chasse day care. According to PPSO, Thibodeaux was arrested Thursday December 10 for failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.
