    The positive mosquito samples were collected from a residential area located East of Interstate 35 and West of 31st Street between Avenue K and Avenue T. The Bell County Health District believes at least some of the mosquito population in this area are carrying the West Nile Virus. A small percent of people experience more severe symptoms that include: stiff neck, a high fever, sleepiness, disorientation, coma and paralysis.

Juan Carlos Enriquez-Tovar, 19, was a rear passenger in the Ford Expedition that collided with a Nissan Pathfinder that was driving westbound on the opposite side of 2843.
