    Significant work on the City of Temple's Transportation Capital Improvement Program continues to be underway with on-going construction activities on Kegley Road Phase 1, Outer Loop Phase 3B, Prairie View Phase 2, and Westfield Blvd Phase 2. Installation of new traffic signals at the intersections of Kegley and Airport and W. Adams and Kegley are also in progress. The City's 10-year, $142 million multi-modal Transportation Program addresses improved roadway capacity, connectivity, public safety, and pavement preservation across the City to focus on improving vehicular travel and enhancing trails, sidewalks, landscaping and bike lanes where most appropriate to create a connected and integrated transportation system.
