    An age discrimination lawsuit filed in 2017 by a former teacher at St. Francis Xaxier School in Taos against the school and the Catholic Diocese of Jefferson City has been dismissed in Cole County Court. Cole County Judge Jon Beetem dismissed the case involving plaintiff Gregory Holtmeyer with prejudice, according to court records, meaning Holtmeyer is barred from filing future lawsuits over the same issues.
