    A modification of the South Tama School District incentive plan for early retirement received approval with the second reading of the change waived by the School Board meeting in special session on Monday night, Dec. 3. The change eliminated a clause requiring applicants to have spent at least 15 years in education to be eligible to apply. Under the plan which continues unchanged, retirement benefits are based upon 100 percent equals 10 years at STC with any less on a graduated scale with the example of eight years equal to 80 percent.
