    After a verbal altercation with a woman at a gas station Sunday night, a Syosset man displayed a knife and crashed into her car, leaving her with a broken rib and facial lacerations, authorities said. Nassau Police say the argument occurred at a Mobil gas station at 9:45 p.m. in Syosset.
