    DeKalb School District 428 Superintendent Jamie Craven said in a message to parents Sunday night that school will be back in session Tuesday. By 8 p.m. Sunday, both District 428 and Sycamore School District 427 announced that they will be closed Monday, as about a half-foot of snow already had fallen, with another half-foot predicted to fall by 5 a.m., according to the National Weather Service, which issued a blizzard warning Sunday morning.
