    DeKALB – DeKalb County soon will open its subsidized and public housing waiting list, and up to 5,000 people will be able to apply. Starting at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, people will be able to log on to the Housing Authority of the County of DeKalb's website and complete an online application for Section 8 and low-income public housing, the agency announced.
