    Ken Bell, spokesman for the Sumter County Sheriff's Office said, over the last two days Matt Samuel Cox, 46, assaulted his sister by "choking her, threw her to the ground, put his knee to her chest, dragged her from the bed and poked her with a sword then duct-taped her mouth and body and threatened to kill her." In May, investigators said Cox threatened to kill his mother.
