    Police in South Carolina are asking the public for help in learning the identity of the person who seriously injured and malnourished dog found behind an abandoned house, Fox Carolina News reported June 10. The brindle-colored boxer was taken to Animal Medical Clinic in Sumter, and is expected to recover following surgery to the neck, which police say was intentionally cut. A safe home has already been found for this poor baby once the injuries have healed enough for the dog to be released.
