A check on a vehicle's registration revealed it was expired, officials said, and a stop was conducted on eastbound Highway 12 at Webster Street.

Suisun City police believe Victor Alfonso Estrada murdered his father, Alfonso Rodarte, 48, on the morning of March 24, shortly before police received a 911 call reporting a stabbing in the 500 block of Line Street.
