With the aid of the FBI Violent Crime Task Force, Suisun City police executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Chyrl Way where Rashad Perkins-Stovall, 19, of Suisun City, was arrested on an arrest warrant obtained by a Suisun City detective in connection to the case.
