    Crews have nearly completed work to repave 6 miles of Highway 12 in both directions between Lawler Ranch Parkway in Suisun City and Chadbourne Road in Fairfield - with much of the work complete along the stretch of local highway. Work by the state Department of Transportation that was originally projected to be completed by Thursday takes place between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Monday through Friday, Caltrans reports.
