    Federal officials said they have broken up a massive Mexico-to-Illinois heroin smuggling ring, resulting in the seizure of more than 190 kilograms of the drug and the arrests of 18 men and a woman, three of them from Aurora. Warehouses in Naperville, St. Charles and Sugar Grove were used to unload at least some of the heroin, which was sold across the Chicago area, including the parking lot of a shopping mall on Chicago's southwest side, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Illinois.
