    Officials say a tractor-trailer caught on fire after one of its tires blew out while on the Franklin Bypass, Tuesday morning. Suffolk Fire & Rescue say the tractor-trailer was on the eastbound side of the Franklin Bypass when a blown tire on the tractor-trailer caught on fire and ignited the load of wood pellets the trailer was hauling, around 5:16 a.m. One eastbound lane and the Route 258 exit was briefly closed as Suffolk Fire & Rescue crews extinguished the flames.
