    A Stroudsburg man was sent to prison for more than 15 years on Monday for promoting prostitution and distributing drugs. Thurman Stanley was the pimp for 11 women and transported three of them across state lines to have sex for money, according to a memo written by Assistant U.S. Attorney Francis P. Sempa.

Rebecca Lynn Willis, who court records show lives in the 300 block of Kistler Plaza in East Stroudsburg but who previously lived in Oxford Township , is charged with homicide by vehicle while under the influence, involuntary manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle.
