    Artists Mike Rich of Portland; Keo X-Men of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Vyal Reyes of Los Angeles will paint a street-art style mural titled "Sodatron Bombs" at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. The mural will be unveiled at a party Sunday, March 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. at CMCA, 162 Russell Ave. The three artists also were together at Art Basel in Miami last December, where they painted a "Defeat Sodatron" mural at the Sol Box Fitness Club.

Over the next four years, the DOE will pass 95 percent of the funds awarded by the U.S. Department of Education to 13 school districts with high percentages of low-income students so they can establish or expand preschool programs in partnership with local early childhood program providers.
