    One person is dead, and traffic is still being routed around the crash site south of Stratford on Highway 97. Marathon County Sheriff's Department investigators say the crashed involved three vehicles, and two of them struck head-on at the intersection of Highway 97 and County Highway C at about 3:18 p.m. Crash investigators are still there, and all traffic is being detoured around the site. Northbound traffic will go east on County C to County M, north on County M to WIS 153, west on WIS 153 back to WIS 97. Southbound traffic will go west on County C to County E, south on County E back to WIS 97. Officials believe it will be at least two more hours before the road can be reopened.
