    CAPE MAY COUNTY -- A 51-year-old man who tricked a victim into believing he entered a contract for gym equipment and memberships with a military organization stole more than $75,000 in the scam, authorities said. Thomas Marchetti Jr., of Stone Harbor, also used "physical restraint" on at least one occasion to get more money from the victim, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office said in a statement Tuesday.
